Thanks Jerry I had a reply that I should rather use 8.0 and there I can only download disk1, the rest I can get from the ports collection. (I'm not sure that I can download all 2GB of the DVD successfully, our bandwidth in SA is not great or very reliable) We want to use freeBSD to setup NAS, do I need any of the ports to do this? I'm not looking at freeNAS because the SATA RAID card that I'm looking at does not support it, the Adaptec 51645 card supports freeBSD though.
