I'm wondering if you have a corrupt bonobo-conf, or possibly a hardware
problem.  What do lines 35-38 look like in
/usr/ports/devel/bonobo-conf/work/bonobo-conf-0.14/bonobo-conf/bonobo-config-bag.h?

Does the problem occur at the same spot everytime?  If you immediately
restart the build after the failure does it work?  Does it go a little
farther?
