Hello,

after upgrading from v.2.2.8 to 3.2 (CD version) I try building a new
kernel.
I followed the instructions from the online docs went to the right
directory but when starting make depend I got the following error:

#make depend

make -f ../../dev/aic7xxx/Makefile MAKESRCPATH=../../dev/aic7xxx
Warning: Object directory not changed from original
/usr/src/sys/compile/TIAMAT
cc -O -pipe -I/usr/include -I. -o aicasm aicasm_gram.o
aicasm_scan.o aicasm.o
 aicasm_symbol.o -ll
aicasm_gram.o: file not recognized: File format not recognized
*** Error code 1

Stop.
*** Error code 1

So what can I do to resolve the problem?

TIA
C.
