 port compiles now, but the pgp program shows this kind of debug message,
 (and dumps core while using -k options):
 
 ASSERTION FAILED at different_files.c line number:
 (( ( err ) == kPGPError_NoErr ) || err == kPGPError_UserAbort) not true
