Synth build log with PULSEAUDIO=3Don

The audio/ncspot port fails to link on Synth 2.08 (12.1-RELEASE) when the
PULSEAUDIO option is set to 'on'.

error: could not compile `ncspot`.

ld: error: unable to find library -lpulse-simple
ld: error: unable to find library -lxcb
ld: error: unable to find library -lxcb
ld: error: unable to find library -lxcb
ld: error: unable to find library -lxcb
ld: error: unable to find library -lxcb-render
ld: error: unable to find library -lxcb-shape
ld: error: unable to find library -lxcb-xfixes
cc: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see

The port builds fine in the same environment with the default options
(PULSEAUDIO=3Doff).

Please see attached build log for more details.
