Well, I got the box naked, without RAM and SCSI stuff.

I managed to get some HP RAM, which im my company also was used for some
Compaq Proliant Servers, and it worked fine.
In this machine I got the version with the small buffer chips.

Otherwise the requirement is ECC unbuffered, yes.
But the registered ones were cheaper to get ;-)
