bsd.port.mk patch for cross compiling

You must use XDEV for your desired architecture

Example run:

make X_BUILD_FOR=3D"armv6-freebsd" X_SYSROOT=3D/usr/arm.armv6
DESTDIR=3D/usr/arm.armv6 CHROOTED=3Dno

Can someone check and see if it's installing into DESTDIR or onto the system
and if not to DESTDIR why not?
