This is the output of the install phase of poudriere:
It seems to be impossible to build pdftohtml now. Apparently poppler-utils is sucked in during the build.

=======================<phase: install     >==========================
===>  Installing for pdftohtml-0.39_6

===>  pdftohtml-0.39_6 conflicts with installed package(s):
      poppler-utils-0.22.2

      They install files into the same place.
      Please remove them first with pkg_delete(1).
*** Error code 1

Stop.
make: stopped in /usr/dports/textproc/pdftohtml
