Ooh, me, me!

Upon final post-assembly factory test, fusees F100-F1FF will be blown
to indicate the approved speed.  Fuse F200 will then be blown to indicate
that this has been accomplished.

When powered up, the chip will test that F200 and F201 are both blown.
If so, it proceeds at the FSB and memory speed indicated in F202-F20F.
However, if F200 is blown, and F201 is intact, a phasal confirmation
of the lunar sequance will be checked, and the result burned into 
F202-F20F, with F201 immediately blown to confirm byzantinization.

/me giggles.

Well, you asked.  You just *had* to have someone with doctorates in
law, economics, and statistics in your audience.  Count yourself
lucky; a doctor of byzantine theology could make mine look 
simple :)
