No. The two main branches are currently RELENG_4 (4.x-STABLE) and HEAD
(aka 5.0-CURRENT). 4.0, 4.1, 4.1.1 and 4.2-RELEASE are all just periodic
snapshots of the 4.x-STABLE branch. You can get the latest 4.x-STABLE
sources in a number of ways - see the handbook section for more detail.
