According to Kaleb Keithly, Motif 2.0 is supposed to be binary
compatible with Motif 1.2.  From some discussion on the XFree86 lists
however, it seems to be tricky to make the 2.0 share lib pretend to be
a 1.2 regarding the Linux shared loader.
