It is a FAQ :) 

I had met the same problem b4. After spend about 3 days search in internet,
I got the answer:

There r NO CPQ SMART Array Control Driver and NetFlex Driver for FreeBSD,
:)

If u need internal RAID, DPT is the solution, otherwise, try External RAID
- a expensive one :(

If u must install UNIX box in your compaq server with such configuration,
try SCO UNIX or SUN solarics ( someone report SCO's performace is not so
good )
