Hey,

	Yes it is, If you have KDE as your desktop manager, go to www.kde-look.org 
and have a look at the themes that you can install. Most require superkaramba 
to be installed. This is part of the port collection 

# cd /usr/ports/deskutils/superkaramba

	There are several OSX style themes, and they even have the dynamic style 
menu. There are also other themes that are very usefull, such as liquid 
weather and minimon.
