When the ksh93 port is installed, it fails to add itself to /etc/shells.

Aslo, the binary and man file are named ksh93 rather than ksh, although I realise this is probably intentional.
>How-To-Repeat:
Install the ksh93 port:

# cd /usr/ports/shells/ksh93
# make install
>Fix:
Manually add the entry to /etc/shells, and rename the binary and man file, or create symlinks to them if required.
