I based this assertion on /usr/share/doc/handbook/handbook.ascii on my 2.2.2
box (line 23291 if you care).  If I can actually find a copy of the patchkit
we'll see where the real misinformation is coming from. :-)

Hrm.  I was sure I'd read about 386BSD in Dr Dobbs in 1991, though it might
have been called BSD386 at the time.  Again, if I dig down through the strata
of my magazine archive, I'll be able to prove or disprove this too.
