Look in /usr/X11R6/lib for 2 files, one is libXpm.so.4 and
the other is a softlink from libXpm.so to libXpm.so.4

If your missing libXpm.so.4 I'm sure that someone on the
mailing list with a 4.1 system can e-mail it to you.  I don't
know why /stand/sysinstall isn't installing it from the
installation CD for you.
