Subject:   Creating new system calls

I am looking for information on how to create new system calls.  I have
found in /sys/kern/syscalls.master how to actually add them into the kernel.
The part that I'm having a problem with is how to add them to libc.  If
someone has information on this (like a link to something explaining how to
do it), please let me know.
