Then, your source tree is perhaps corrupted : could you reinstall the
kernel source files (rm -rf /usr/src/sys ; <reinstall from CD-ROM>)

	If you've got an internet connection, you may also want to upgrade
	to the latest 3.2-Stable (via cvsup and "make world")
