VirtIO + netmap to support Q35

Apply this patch in /usr/src (cd /usr/src && patch <
sys_dev_virtio_netmap.patch). I currently don't have netmap configured wit=
hin
my environment to fully test VirtIO + netmap but a full compile of the GENE=
RIC
was successfull.
