This does look like it is due the changes I made Friday.  Please take a
look at /usr/src/sys/i386/conf/GENERIC and see how different your kernel
configuration file is from it.  You might be missing bits that are now
required.  If you find your kernel configuration file is very close to
GENERIC and still can't compile it, please send me your kernel
configuration file.
