patch file

WITH_BDB6_PERMITTED provides special handling about Berkeley DB 6. Comment =
says
it is due to its stricter Affero GNU Public License. But ports has license
framework and license issue should be handled with it. For example if someo=
ne
don't want to accept Affero GNU Public License, then he should add
'LICENSES_REJECTED=3DAGPLv3' in /etc/make.conf. So remove WITH_BDB6_PERMITT=
ED
from Mk/Uses/bdb.mk.
