Grab colldef version recently committed into -current, I allow any type
of chain there, like <letter1><letter2> (prefered) or \xf1\xf2

If it works well for your variant, please resubmit updated patch,
if not please tell me what happens.

BTW, plain characters like a...z not needed to be defined in charmap, look
at other charsets charmaps as example.
