It is caused by you using the same IP addresses several places,
possibly through the net.link.ether.inet.proxyall sysctl.

It is difficult to say exactly what you've done wrong, but it is
pretty clear this belongs in questions@FreeBSD.org, not in
security@FreeBSD.org
