	Key word "if".  At this stage, we don't know.  It could have been 
a fire resulting from a tire that was over-filled with Nitrogen and 
blew up, it could have been a fire resulting from a tire filled with 
Oxygen instead of Nitrogen, it could have been any number of things.

	Right now, we don't know.  I submit that we will never know all 
the facts that NASA learns from this process, and that it will take 
NASA a long time to discover all the facts that they ultimately 
uncover.
