Hi Barney,

I need to import the changes just to actually pass the flowid up to
the inpcb so that it can be passed back down for transmit.

Please take a look at
svn://svn.freebsd.org/base/user/kmacy/HEAD_fast_net for an idea of
where I'd like things to go. It has not happened yet because there are
a number of others with their fingers in the networking pie so it all
needs to go through a patch review process.

I'm actually working on breaking out patches for review today.
