Hi, I am trying to compile native java support for freebsd. All checksums for files are okay, and after a long time of compiling, it stops with this error: /usr/ports/java/jdk14/work/hotspot/src/share/vm/prims/jni.h: In method `jboolean JNIEnv_::GetBooleanField(_jobject *, _jfieldID *)': /usr/ports/java/jdk14/work/hotspot/src/share/vm/prims/jni.h:1269: syntax error b efore `return' gmake[3]: *** [cInterpreter.o] Error 1 gmake[3]: Leaving directory `/usr/ports/java/jdk14/work/control/build/bsd-i586/h otspot-i586/tmp/bsd_i486_compiler2/product' gmake[2]: *** [the_vm] Error 2 gmake[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/ports/java/jdk14/work/control/build/bsd-i586/h otspot-i586/tmp/bsd_i486_compiler2/product' gmake[1]: *** [product] Error # Please help me get around this. I will appreciate any advice. (/usr/ports/java/jdk14). I am using a FreeBSD 4.8-STABLE machine, using the ports from the CURRENT tree. Best regards, Alin.
