Hi,

I'm running FreeBSD 4.4r.
When I start ppp with the -auto switch my modem starts dialing whenever I
start an application in KDE2. I realise that I could simply not use the -auto
option, but I like the convienience.

Does anyone know how to configure things appropiately?

Any help would be greately appreciated,

Malte

set dial "ABORT BUSY ABORT NO\\sCARRIER TIMEOUT 5 \"\" ATZ \"\" AT \
   OK-AT-OK ATM0E1Q0 OK \\dATDT\\T TIMEOUT 40 CONNECT"

ngi:
