Both ports have a pkg-descr file describing exactly what they are for, and p5-DBI is listed as a dependency for p5-Mysql. So, just as Chris Faulhaber and Pete Fritchman said, all you need to do is install the p5-Mysql port with all its dependencies (which are taken care of automatically).
