You can set FETCH_CMD in /etc/make.conf

How do I make my ports use "fetch -b http://xxx.xxx.xx"instead of just
"fetch http://xxx.xxx.xx"?

I couldnīt find fetch in the Makefile, so I dont really know where to look.
