Yes, it works without kqemu loaded. My guest is FreeBSD 6.2-R AMD64, I'm =

running it with:

qemu-system-x86_64 -hda disk -cdrom 6.2-RELEASE-i386-disc1.iso -boot d=20
-m 512

I've now tried both i386 and AMD64 guests, and both panic with kqemu,=20
before kernel gets loaded.
