Raise this number to a higher value, double it.
Im not sure what size the app is either but if its over 128MB's try
looking at lint at the following two options:

options         "MAXDSIZ=(256*1024*1024)"
options         "DFLDSIZ=(256*1024*1024)" 

A couple of ideas anyway.
