I agree with Jordan here, different machines use different layouts.  Personally
I like having a large /usr since I usually end up really hurting myself by
trying to split it up into /usr and /v (where /v has /v/home).  The problem
usually being that I end up with too partitions both of which are just too
small to build a release on, for example.  The other really big problem is that
new users don't know what they need for a given machine, so having a 'mail
server', 'desktop', etc. option in sysinstall to help with layout would go a
long way to actually making FreeBSD user to non-uber-hackers.
