Thank for reply. It's reproducible so it shouldn't be hardware problem. 

At the moment I'm suspecting (if I remember .supfile correctly) 
cvsup.pl.FreeBSD.org mirror.

Now I'm in middle of last attempt to fresh build world/kernel (single user, 
no -j n) before checking/changing csup mirror.
