Well. For other EUC locales(ko_KR.EUC and zh_CN.EUC), similar solution
should be provided. But, who makes this links? XFree86 ports or
individual ports?

For Korean, print/transfig and korean/netscape3 will be affected but
this is not a big problem. I am already running -currnet for many
months but I didn't see a big problem except tcsh.

I remember in that time, this change will not be MFC'ed until
5.0-RELEASE. How did you decide to MFC this?
