It appears that getting SB Audigy to work is a bit more work than that. Hopefull this posting on freebsd-newbies from January will still be useful: http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-newbies/2004-January/001394.html You may also want to look around in BIOS to see if you can turn the on-board sound card off.
