I've been testing out the 3.4.0 PR (187226). It is missing some plist 
entries and the Makefile could use some spring cleaning.

Don't think me too forward, but is perl@ still interested in maintaining 
this port? I use SA pretty heavily and I'd be happy to take it over if 
there isn't a lot of interest from perl@.
