My CD sets include:
2.2.6, 2.2.8, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.6, 4.7, 4.8, 4.9, 5.0 and 5.1

Toolkits include:
Sept. 1999, June 2000, Feb. 2001 

Burned sets include:
1.1, 5.2, 5.2.1
