Subject:   Interpreting netstat output

I keep seeing this in the periodic daily output.
During the day I issue netstat -id command and I see the number of Oerrs 
  increase on the vge0 interface.

Network interface status:

What does this Out errors count really mean and what should I be doing 
about it?
