My initial FreeBSD running was 2.2.8 then I
cvsup'ed 3.0.0 stable. - cvsup went fine - no errors
I did a "cd /usr/src"
Then a "make world"

These are the errors I received;
-------------------------------------------------------
cc -O -pipe -elf -Wall -fkeep-inline-functions
-I/usr/obj/usr/src/tmp/usr/include -c
/usr/src/lib/csu/i386-elf/crtbegin.c -o crtbegin.o
/usr/src/lib/csu/i386-elf/crtbegin.c:32: section
attributes are not supported for this target
/usr/src/lib/csu/i386-elf/crtbegin.c:33: section
attributes are not supported for this target
{standard input}: Assembler messages:
{standard input}:68: Error: Unknown pseudo-op:
`.section'
*** Error code 1

Stop.
*** Error code 1

-------------------------------------------------------

Any ideas where I could look?
