Bogons in the website design, which I'm trying to phase out.  In
particular, .../<directory>/index.html should *always* work.  Having
multiple URLs to the same document is, IMHO, broken, and the Handbook
installation is broken in this respect.  At the moment, it's kept the
way it is for hysterical raisins.
