   The bounds_check_with_label routine is on its way out and should be gone in
the next snapshot (in 1-2 weeks). Something isn't quite right with your disk
label/drive parameters as sensed by the kernel...and is dividing by zero at:

        bp->b_cylin = bp->b_pblkno / lp->d_secpercyl;


...in the routine.
