Hello, Would installing Freebsd i386 within a jail on an amd64 host solve his problem? I have been running amd64 since it was first released and am quite pleased with its performance and stability. However, as a desktop there are still a number of programs that are only available on i386 and for a number of reasons I would prefer to run them within a jail. I've searched the Internet and have not found anybody who has done it. My guess is that running a i386 program within a jail would run faster and perhaps be more stable than running the same program within qemu. Any tips on desirability, feasibility or how to do it would be greatly appreciated.
