I don't want to bump __FreeBSD_version for things like this,
to aid in bootstrapping, so I use the technique of abusing
other __FreeBSD_version values >=3D dates I'm interested in.
I think this gives reasonable compromise between accuracy
and efficiency, and I already used this technique when
optimizing compiles of *-tools in Makefile.inc1 in the last
couple of revisions.  This is just FYI.
