I am getting the error GL.14 not found error on the build of sdk12 - a part of the build of avifile. Where is this built and how can I get it and rebuild it? Presumably it existed at sometime, as "locate" shows it in /usr/X11R6/lib, but now it does not exist, so something deleted it.
