This seems also to be a generic problem with exmh (mh?) when it detects a
character with the top bit set. I am certain that it is not just my copy of
the program. I do know that I did not ask for quoted-printable when I sent
actual iso-8859-1 data to myself, and I did not get quoted-printable when
I sent myself again the message that precipitated the original complaint.
