I just installed MailMan 2.0 on one of my FreeBSD machines. Very nice! (I was used to majordomo) For some reason I can't get to the mailing list pages at python.org so I thought I'd try this here first. Got it all running quite nicely. But the cron jobs that run continually sput out about 4 emails back to me with python errors that I don't want to keep getting (4 every 5 minutes or so, yuck!) I get stuff like: /home/mailman/cron/qrunner:0: SyntaxWarning: name '_listcache' is assigned to before global declaration/usr/local/lib/python2.2/regsub.py:15: DeprecationWarning: the regsub module is deprecated; please use re.sub() DeprecationWarning) and /usr/local/lib/python2.2/regsub.py:15: DeprecationWarning: the regsub module is deprecated; please use re.sub() DeprecationWarning) I just installed python from ports and mailman from source. Is there something I can change to get rid off all these errors and emails? Gerry To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
