Several.

1) Start->Execute telnet you.local.server

2) Install teraterm, possibly with ssh extensions, in case you ditched 
telnetd.

3) http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?manpath=FreeBSD+4.3-RELEASE

4) install a X Server on your windoze box.
