Its called atacontrol. besides there are camcontrol, comcontrol,
spppcontrol and wicontrol, but all are not derived from sysctl naming
scheme which is sys+ctl naming.
I'd like:
   sysctl
   atactl
   camctl
   comctl
   spppctl
   wictl
all suffixes are ctl.
