Joseph is right: PEAR's modules shipped with mod_php4 are outdated, and
worse, some are missing.

For example, the ports www/horde and mail/imp require Log, and it is not
boundled with mod_php4.

PR ports/37649 should be closed, and I will submit another PR for a
"new" port.
