I have no experience with it, but
"cd /usr/ports && make search key=virus | less" turned up:

	$ cat /usr/ports/security/p5-File-Scan/pkg-descr
	File::Scan allows users to make multiplatform virus scans which
	can detect Windows/DOS/Mac viruses.

	It includes a virus scanner and a signature database.

The security/drweb port is another possibility.
